Terms of Use

These Terms govern Tago Write, provided by Tago Company, operated by Chanwoo Song (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides Korean copying practice, writing prompts, dictionary tools, AI feedback and learning records. AI feedback is normally limited to five evaluations per day in total. Features and limits may change when reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

2. AI feedback and TOPIK notice

Tago Write is not an official application of TOPIK or its administering organizations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for account access. Guest records may be lost when the App is deleted or the device changes. Accounts can be deleted in Settings. Deleted data cannot be restored, subject to legally required retention and ordinary backup cycles.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in your writing. You permit the Operator to process it only as needed to provide feedback, store learning records, maintain security and prevent abuse. Do not submit infringing content, names, contact details, passwords or confidential information.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Violating law, public order or another person’s rights.
• Impersonation or misuse of authentication information.
• Automated high-volume access, limit evasion, reverse engineering or disruption.
• Malicious instructions or data intended to manipulate the AI or system.
• Other material interference with safe operation.

6. Suspension

The Operator may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary because of prohibited conduct, a security risk or a legal request.

7. Changes and availability

The Service may change or be interrupted because of maintenance, failures, unavailable third-party services, legal requirements or other unavoidable circumstances. We will provide notice when practical.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will notify users of material changes in the App or on this page. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, except where additional consent is required.
